1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to IMEX BD World Wide Courier

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the shipping services provided by IMEX BD World Wide Courier ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Shipping and logistics services provided

We provide international and domestic courier services including but not limited to:

Core Services

  • Express delivery (24-48 hours)
  • Standard shipping (3-7 days)
  • Economy shipping (7-15 days)
  • Cargo and freight services

Additional Services

  • Package tracking
  • Insurance coverage
  • Customs clearance
  • Warehouse storage

⚠️ Service Limitations

Services are subject to availability, destination restrictions, and customs regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service for any shipment that violates our policies or applicable laws.

3. Shipping Terms & Conditions

Rules governing your shipments

3.1 Package Preparation

You are responsible for proper packaging of your items. Packages must be securely sealed and labeled. We may refuse improperly packaged items.

3.2 Shipping Documentation

Accurate documentation is required for all shipments. This includes commercial invoices, packing lists, and any required permits or licenses.

3.3 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3.4 Tracking

We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. Tracking updates are available through our website or mobile application.

4. Payments & Charges

Pricing, payments, and additional charges

4.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for: customs duties, taxes, storage fees, special handling, or address corrections.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile banking. Payment must be received before shipment release.

4.4 Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable once service has commenced. Refunds for unshipped items are processed within 7-10 business days.

🚨 Severe Consequences

Shipping prohibited items may result in: confiscation of goods, legal prosecution, permanent ban from our services, and reporting to authorities.

6. Liability & Limitations

Our responsibility and your remedies

6.1 Liability Limitations

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the actual value of the goods or the amount of insurance purchased, whichever is less. Maximum liability per shipment is ৳50,000 unless additional insurance is purchased.

6.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions.

6.3 Claims Process

Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 30 days of delivery. Documentation including photos and proof of value is required.
